Pg. 25-03 Step 1: Supported the Fuselage and Tailcone Assembly on padded saw horses and an adjustable stand. Dave, Russ and I mated the Tailcone to the Fuselage, overlapping skins per the plans. Then randomly clecoed in place. Step 2: Clecoed the Shoulder Strap Lugs to the inboard surface of the Tailcone Assembly. Step 3: Riveted the Shoulder Strap Lugs to the Fuselage Assembly. Step 4: Placed masking tape over all the holes in the upper tailcone skins.
