Pg. 32-11 Step 1: Routed the spade end of the Right Rudder Cable through the SB750-10 snap bushings in the F-1207B, F-1206A and F-1204D & A, then through the 9/16" holes in the F-1203A Bulkhead. Continued the Rudder Cable through the snap bushing in the F-1202F Bulkhead. Step 2: Secured the plastic sleeves on Rt. Rudder Cable to the center Seat Rib using MS21919DG6 cushion clamps with the end protruding through F-1203A Bulkhead by 3/8". Step 3: Drilled a #40 hole 3/16" from the aft end of the 10" plastic sleeves on both Rudder Cables. Step 4: Pulled the plastic sleeves over the shaft of the forked end of each Rudder Cable and safety wired them in place. Step 7: Temporarily attached the Rudder Cables to the horns on the Rudder Pedal Assy.
