Section 25 Removed the blue vinyl from the inside surface & scuffed the surface for priming. Primed the surface and drilled the screw holes with a 9/64" bit to open the holes for 6-32 screws. Turtle Deck skin was replaced due to enlarged holes and damage to skin.
