Pg. 12-2 Step 5: Removed excess material from Rudder Tip Fairing to achieve a flush fit with top of Rudder Skin. Step 6: Match-drilled the #30 hole from the skin into the fairing. Pg. 12-3 Step 1: Removed excess material from V-Stab. Tip Fairing to achieve a flush fit with top of V-Stab Skin. Step 2: Match-drilled #30 holes from the skin into the fairing. Step 3: Made a smooth transition at the aft end of the Tip Fairing with the aft edge of the Main Skin. Step 4: Trimmed the aft end of the Tip Fairing. Will perform fit with Rudder Tip Fairing later. Pg. 12-4 Step 3: Riveted Rudder Tip Fairing to Rudder Assembly.
