Deburred To Skin. Deburred and Primed Fwd Skin Rib. Step 1: Final-drilled screw holes in Fwd Skin Rib. Step 2: Dimpled the screw holes in Fwd Skin Rib. Step 3: Dimpled the attach holes in Fwd Skin Rib. Step 4: Dimpled nutplate attach holes. Relieved the ends of the angle to avoid deforming the Top Skin. Step 5: Riveted the nut plates to the Fwd Skin Rib. Step 6: Clecoed Top Skin in place, no deformation. Step 7: Riveted the Fwd Skin Rib to the Top Skin. Primed J-Stiffener. Step 8: Clcoed the J-Stiffener to the Top Skin. Step 9: Masked the holes within 7" of forward edge. Step 10: Riveted all the remaining holes.
