Deburred and primed Lt. & Rt. Upper Skins. Step 2: Clecoed Upper Skins to frames. Step 3: Clecoed Snap Bushing Brackets to the skins. Step 4: Match-drilled the #30 holes in the Snap Bushings and deburred. Step 5: Riveted the Snap Bushings to the skins. Step 6: Installed the Snap Bushing into the brackets. Step 7: Routed the string for the rudder control through the Snap Bushing and Aft Bulkhead and secured at fwd end. Step 8: Masked the holes at the fwd end of the Tail Cone Step 9: Riveted the Upper Skins to the structure including the Hinge Brackets and excluding the Upper Frames.
