Brief Description:	Tail Cone Pg. 10-6, Stp. 7-9
Step 7: Placed Bottom Skins upside down onto 38" high saw horses. Had modify my composite horses with wooden legs made from strapping that I had laying around. Step 8 and 9: Hooked and clecoed the Frames to the J-Stiffeners of the Left and Right Bottom Skins. Did not have to bend or enlarge J-Stiffeners.
