Dave and Russ helped to remove the Horizontal Stabilator and placed on a work table for further trimming of the skins. Moved parts around to make room for wing attachment and installing Flaperon Torque Tubes. Pg. 32-09 Step 3: Placed the Flaperon Handle in the first detent, then used a 3/16" drill bit (could not locate the AN3-21A bolt) to lock the flaperon control system in the nuetral position.
