Pg. 18-3 Step 6: Deburred holes previously drilled. Pg.18-6 Left Flaperon Step 1: Clecoed Outbd and Inbd Skins to the Main Ribs and Spar after assuring that the skin laid flat on the ribs. Step 2: Riveted the Outbd and Inbd Skins to the ribs. Step 3: Clecoed and riveted the outbd Nose Skin to the understructure, except inbd edge. Step 4: Clecoed the Inbd Nose Skin to the underlying structure. Match drilled #30 holes into the nose ribs. Left and Right Flaperon Step 5: Removed the Inbd Nose Skin and deburred the match drilled holes.
