Reperformed Steps 1-5 on Left Wing to replace Counter balance weight damaged during drilling. When match drilling the holes along its length I used a drill press with too much speed, burning up the drill bit and melting a hole shut. Replaced the Counter balance weight, redrilling these holes with hand drill.
