This SB is to correct a condition where the AN5-20A bolts used to attach the U-1202 Outboard Main Attach Brackets may be improperly seated and torquedduring initial installation resulting in loose fasteners and possible damage to the landing gear and aircraft structure. There is a history of damage on some aircraft. This aircraft has not flown therefor many steps in th SB were not performed. Performed a review of the material in the SB update kit. Steps 1- 7 not performed. The equipment is either not installed or already removed.
