Brief Description:    Finish deburring of front spar and doubler
All that was left of deburring the front spar were the ligntening holes. I used a small curved surface file to get out the edge surface roughness and ran a deburring tool around the edge. Tedious work, but the front spar deburring is now finished except for the fastener holes. That gets done after final/match drilling of the double to the spar.

The front spar doubler was also deburred and straightened per section 5. I did a much better job on the straightening of the thick doubler. It's amazing what a little experience does for your productivity and quality of workmanship.

The spar cap doublers nest in the flanges and get match drilled to holes in the spar web. I got the first cap doubler clamped in place but I decided to call it a night because my hands were aching from all the filing and deburring work. I figure it's better to be fresh to do the match drilling.
