Brief Description:	Cutting first flanges
Well, I began today on page 1 and it has taken me all of the first page, first item to screw up. Basically I have cut too close on the first pass and have left nothing to grind away at. The funny thing is that I already know this can be a problem and stuffed it up anyhow. Well, have ordered new parts and they will be on their way tomorrow no doubt. Will probably take 2 weeks to get here. So I guess the process has begun. Now I believe it is a problem as the instructions say 9/16th from edge and the actual is approx 10.5/16ths and still need a clean up. Also the line is just not straight. Am I being too much of a perfectionist? I will check with the forum. In the meantime I will chat with some others and find out. Chow for now....
