Brief Description:	Re-installing rear GPS brackets
I have re-installed the rear GPS brackets. The main reason was that the rear brackets were not deep enough for the mounting of the tray. And given I needed to complete this re-mount I decided to also alllow for some lateral movement. This will allow a better mounting of the rear of the GPS mounting tray. I used rivnuts to set the bolts. This made the process very easy. I slotted the newly made brackets so that this would allow for the lateral movement.
