Brief Description:	Panel Express: Updated!!!
Well, today was a complete shock. The Panel CNC place PanelExpress told me that instead of $40 for shipping they want to charge me $355 for shipping, or cancel the order, or at least this is what I first thought. It appears the email did not quite convey the intent of FPE to work with me for a resolution. It appears that USPS basically gave FPE a quote and then said they would not ship, leaving them in the lurch. Now, unfortunately, this is not my fault and I offered to cover all of the shipping, however, because I could have got the panel made up here and I have heavily invested in getting to know thier program, I couldn't commit to more. Well, Scott, the Operations Manager, came to the party and went beyond my expectation. He offered to honour the quote and ship anyhow. I want to say, this is what businesses should do. They should act with respect and dignity and a good moral code. Thanks Scott. I appreciate your efforts.
