Brief Description:	Correcting Front Wheel and Wheel assembly
I created a plug that would fit into the "old" valve step hole, used a tap and die and screwed the plug into the hole and secured with epoxy. I ground flat the two sides of the plug. As can be seen in inage 2, I have also created a support for the step and it is clearly at tire height. There will be no issues associated with clearance now.
