Acid etched, alodined and primed platenuts. Riveted E-610PP, E-611PP and platenuts to E-702. Riveted E-713 to E-701. Cut E-714 weight per the plans. Placed E-714 in place inside E-713. Inserted the elevator skeleton into E-701/E-713 and clecoed.
