Brief Description:    Left Flap
As usual, the 2nd thing you make goes way faster and better than the 1st. This left flap went together very nicely. I didn't spend as much time trying to get the perfect alignment on the hinge. Once I had it set properly (3/8 inch from center of hinge pin holes to matched drill holes in predrilled skin) I could align it very quickly and held it with squeeze clamps while I drilled and clecoed each hole. The flap plate angle on the front corner of the spar was minorly in the way of the hinge so I trimmed the bottom of the angle 1/16 inch to allow the end of the hinge to fit. Edge distance to the nearest1/8 inch rivet hole in the bottom of the angle was still 1/4 inch which is ok.
Deburred all holes. Smoothed all edges. Rounded all corners. Countersank the flap spar.
