I drilled enough #30 holes in the forward spars to allow me to remove the work and finish drilling the remaining F681 holes with better access. I will rivet and bolt the spar, spacer, F681 and steel reinforcement onto the vertical stabilizer. Re-installing it, I can final drill the 4 holes in the horizontal stabilizer spar so it can also be bolted up. I also have some finish drilling on the rear spar and fuselage attach points to be 100% complete, including the rear steel tie down plate.. I can invision the end, and it makes me smile.
