Brief Description:    Swapped out oil filter mount.
Removed the standard IO360BIE oil filter mount for a 90 degree one plus the addition of a spacer between accessory case and 90 degree mount. Removed vernatherm, inspected, cleaned and installed in the new location. Replaced oil temperature probe with one included in the Dynon package (no safety wire hole??). Removed stud used in lower left corner of original mount so new longer mounting bolts could be used. Love it when I have the right tools. The upper right bolt difficult to remove and nothing worked except a 7/16 1/4 drive socket with its own permanent universal joint. Oh yeah!! Torqued adapter bolts to 75 in/lbs, vernatherm head to 300 in/lbs (25 ft lbs). Had difficulty removing original accy case AN-8 straight nipple to replace with 45 deg AN823-8D to avoid the new oil filter location interference. Used heat gun for 10 minutes and big 1/2 bar. You could feel it slowly give it up. Been using Bakers seal on the NPT fittings most everywhere. Safety wired the vernatherm. Need to also wire the old viscosity cap, tach outlet cover, and oil filter.
