I made up some Jack Braces to hold the doors in place with electrical conduit and ready rod with a nut to adjust the height needed to hold up into place. This way I was able to adjust and sand or grind to come up with the best fit. I then moved to the edge and dill holes for 2 cleco to hold the door. I had to counter sink the top of the fuselage to have the cleco go deep enough to get a good hold on the hinge. This had to be done anyway to hide the hinge screws for finishing and paint
