I used the good old cardboard to form the armrest and this is the only time a glue gun should be used on the aircraft. If you need to hold something on the plane used 5 minute epoxy or spot lite bondo to do the job. Back to the armrest, the bid will not go around sharp corners; it needs to have a smooth radius, so I sanded the cardboard and then added duct tape and did the 3 bid lay-up. The trim box got its mounting flange cut and sanded as well today.
