Brief Description:	Finish working on the rudder cable system.
I was not happy with the way the pull spring work at the end of the wing so I made a new angle and riveted onto the wing end in a better location and it pulls better now. I tig welded up a rudder arm stop. I will be made to be removable if the parking brake system needs to come out for maintenance or replacement.
