I finally got some time at the end of the day to work on the plane. I had fitting to do on the Co-Pilot aileron after that was done then it was time to install the nut plates on the hinges. I did one nut plate on each hinges first, and then I did the others after screwing the aileron on. The hinge pins were shortened and the ends of the hinges center punched to collapse the end a small amount so the pin will never come out in flight.
