Brief Description:	Time to glass up the ailerons with one bid
This took some time to do mixing and applying micro then wetting the cloth all out followed by peel-ply. I wet the cloth out on the aileron, the micro and resin was sticky enough to hold the bid in place and then add resin to get a complete saturation. The heat gun was there to help again to get thing to flow out. The ailerons weighed in at 7 ¼ pounds before bid was applied the max is 9.5 pounds finished. The only weight to go on is ½ of a hinge and a small amount of filling and then paint.
