After the bondo set I lifted off the upper stake and got to work on getting it ready for the flange. I cut the bondo that squeezes trough the 1/8 gap and laid down the duct tape so the glass will release when cured. I then did the glass work for the extra I added to the circumference to have the wheel clearance. I do have lots of clearance for the wheel when it comes up into the stake. I have added a few inches in places to make up for that fuel loss.
