I installed the screens on the 2 fuel out lets of the tanks with micro and 2 bid. I then put the top on and looked inside from the wheel well and could see that the outward bulkhead had a big gap and would take up the ½” of flox to fill when the top went on, so I got out the heat gun and heated up the flange to bent upward and then added micro mixed with flox for strength. The gap should be at the 3/16” required as in the manual for sealing the top stake on. I applied 2 bids on the baggage fuel bulkhead flanges to add strength and to hold in place for sealing.
