I micro - slurry the other side of the foam and laid out the fiber glass cloth (bid) and put the peel-ply on to make a nice surface. After it was cured I remove the peel-ply and traced out the bulkheads and baffles then cut them with the jig saw. Don’t do what I did by staking them and going up stairs to the shower. You need to lay them back down on the table for a few days to fully cure. The end results was a few bulkheads had to be heated with the hot air gun and laid down flat with weight to take out the curved shape they took on laying in a pile. |
