Brief Description:	Glass the 4x8 Dyvinicel foam for baffels
I got the foam ready for glassing and cut the 50” wide bid that just showed up form Aircraft Spruce. I ran out for bid (fiber glass cloth) and the new stuff is wider and fits the 4x8 sheet just right. Some time ago I got yards of peel-ply and this is the job for it. I have enough to do both sides. Then I will cut out the baffles for the fuel tank. WOW bid the resin flow on this job!!! Mixed up slurry and resin to wet out it seemed like gallons. I put down the peel-ply and used the heat gun and my hand with a latex glove on to slide out the wrinkles. The fold lines lift and don’t make that perfect job. Net time the peel- ply will be on a roll.
