Brief Description:	Preparing for the Stall Warning Kit
After drilling the four corners for the eventual access hole, I clecoed the doubler in place and then drilled the attach holes for the rivets that will fasten the doubler to the skin. Then I drew straight lines between the four corner holes and used my Dremel tool with a cut-off blade to plunge into the skin and make four straight cuts that are within the final edges.
