Brief Description:	Assembling the Empenage
Today I rolled, clecoed and taped the Rudder Leading Edge. The blue painters tape ensures that when I pull out a cleco so that I can insert a blind rivet the leading edges don't move relative to each other. Yes, I know the clecos are there for that purpose but I've found it can be difficult to install/remove the clecos without the tape.
