Brief Description:	Preparing the Left Elevator
Match drilled the Trim Tab piano hinge to the aft spar. The piano hinge is not pre-drilled so you need to locate the piano hinge from the edge of the aft spar. I used the cleco-style clamps to hold the hinge in place on the spar as I drilled and installed a cleco in each hole after I drilled it. I started from the middle of the assembly and worked my way towards either end, alternating sides.
