Brief Description:	Preparing the Left Elevator
In attempting to bend the Left Elevator close-out tabs that butts up against the Trim Tab, I cracked one of the tabs so I elected to order a new skin. Yes, I could have fabricated a short rib to close out the area and riveted it in place but after all the trouble I went to bending the original tabs I wasn't convinced I would do a better job of bending up the replacement rib. So here I am drilling the new skin.
