Brief Description:	Assembling the Elevators
Next step is to prepare the lead Elevator Counterweights for installation onto the Elevator Counterbalance Arms on the outboard end of each Elevator. I marked each counterweight per the drawing and decided to use a long round rasp (also known as a Rat Tail File) to form a slot that would provide a good radius for the transition. I carefully filled each weight down to the desired depth that I marked.
