Rechecked templates and placed plans under plastic. Treated aluminium inserts prepared earlier with soapy water and a scourer, then Rainex, then alodine. Didn't color the aluminium much. Fitted with 5 minute epoxy. Glassed aft face 1 x BID, peel ply & weighted |
