Brief Description:	Strake top skin preparation/Smoke oil tank
Spent a lot of time looking at the bottom of the luggage cutout, and could not see a single reason not to cutout the top as well. Instead of leaving a flange with the glueblocks on it, floxing on the skin and trimming the flange I started cutting the upper cutouts to the final shape, and I will support the top skin with glue blocks inside the cutout. Sighting the cutline accurately with the laser makes this easy. Pondered how I will instal the OD bulkhead outside my smoke oil tank, and decide the leading edge is just too hard. Trim the area a bit, and micro on a block of foam to make a T-hat, kind-of. Rout out a pickup area for the smoke oil tank and layup 2 x BID and 1 x 4oz over it, with peel ply.
