Brief Description:    Upper Winglet installation prep
Plans say, "Turn the Wing over, extending the Winglet off the side of the table..." I eyeball this concept dubiously, then do some actual measuring. If I follow the plans I will knock the Winglet tip on the deck and it will probably fall off. Do some trials and decide if I remove the root jig, and put an 80mm block under the tip jig it all should work. I pad the bench with some felt and invert in stages with Viki's assistance. I get about 80mm clearance, I was counting on 100.

[Timewarp tomorrow: I had not considered the Internal Rudder BellHorns, (IRBH), and would have done this step differently if I had]

Cut all the tape and flox corner recesses with a hacksaw blade and dremel grindng bits. Ground a rounded edge on the skin intersection and make paper templates for Layup # 1/2. Discover then that my flox corners should go all the way to the trailing edge, so do that also, masking the join with 1/4' masking tape. Realise this was a mistake immediately, as I am not yet finished fiddling.

Cut some peel ply transfer templates.
