Tried again with the clickbonds, and discovered I could ooger out the wing holes with the reamer, without affecting or enlarging the holes in the hinges. Proceeded to do so, fitting clickbonds with hardware nuts as I go. Adjusted cleco recesses with Dremel router so all threads are square. Removed all, ground a tiny "D" in the perimeter of the clickbonds, sanded the heads with 180g and soaked them all in metho. Taped up hinge faces, fitted Aileron with 2 cleco's in each hinge piece. Cut some BID go go over clickbond heads and prep sanded area. |
