Removed installation jigs and rimmed flox blobs, causing a couple of dramatic gouges in the foam. Rounded edges of shear web with 120g sanding block, causing a couple of dramatic gouges in the foam. Prep sanded foam with 240g sanding block, causing a couple of dramatic gouges in the foam. Dropped a screwdriver on the tip of the shear web, causing a dramatic gouge in the foam. Filled these and previously created dramatic gouges in foam with dry micro and used leftover micro for a bit of hardshelling. Commisioned a second squeezy bottle of resin, and decanted the last of the current batch of resin into it. I can now do a big layup without refilling. Could have progressed to the Shear Web, but I am knackered and it is 39C in the shed. Beer O'clock!!! |
