Bent and trimmed W18, again using well sanded 0.032" 2024 T3 as I have no 0.016", and recessed its mounting point. Made some more standoff jigs for installation. Prepped Al, including priming exposed surfaces. and after cure installed with flox corners for LWA4/W18 and micro for LWA6. [In the wrong spot!!! As you can see in the picture it is on the side of the shear web on the bottom surface, is supposed to be on the top] Filled some dings in the Shear Web foam with micro using left-over resin |
