Trimmy, trimmy, all OK. Marked up all outer skin overlaps and tape locations. Radiused aft edge of seatback with 1/16" rounding bit, finishing with hand sanding. Flox corner remains in 3 locations, (but I don't know how much), got down to the foam once. Don't see it matters.. Floxed on assembly and clamped with cleco
