Mounted CS spar cap templates on 3mm ply and rough cut on electric coping saw. A lot easier than 10mm MDF. Pulled nails from foam, removed a couple of blobs on the joins with dremel. Cut out and sanded shoulder harness blocks from 1" Hoop pine.
