Bit of a gap, been taking on some honey-do's, planning my new shed and getting together my next ASS order. I have ordered enough foam and glass to finish the airframe! Did I mention I had run out of BID? Made another NG-31 template from the old one, then another, until the foam cans seem to snuggle nicely within. Cut a new NG-31 from 3/8" H45, then glassed both sides 2 x UNI @ 90 degrees, (plans say 2 x BID). This time both sides peel-plied, and weighted for cure.
