Finished profiling door channels, including flox corner, as otherwise would only be 1/4" glass to glass. Cut flox corner in LE, and profiled rest of foam for a smooth transition and maximum foot clearance. Bit of an uneven gap over F-5, sanded the foam flat and cut a packing piece from scrap IP foam. Adjusted foam to fit brake reservoir, (only one) on TE of F-5. Fitted Nose Door K1000-3 nutplates in LE corners of nose
