Brief Description:    Assembling NG-30 hardware
Have had a bit of an agonise about how to drill the NG-51, and have come to the conclusion that I can't be definitive. The plans have you use the manual gear NG-51 as a guide to drill the NG-30, I need to do it in reverse, with no holes to start with. The geometry seems good, so ensured sufficient edge clearance and drilled NG-51 to match the original NG-30 pilot holes, with all the bits bolted together.

Made another NG-14 to match the first.

Taped off outside mating surface MKNG-6 and assembled onto NG-30.

Assembled NG-14/30 without Noselift. Relieved NG-30 a bit to avoid interference with the head of the Noselift.

Floxed NG-1 onto MKNG-6 and clamped, strut supported on Rudder Pedal torque tube, with a MDF spacer.
