Peel ply stuck to the melamine. Looks like the resin dissolved it. Layup looks a lot better than last time, but did cause a delam on one side. Will sand down to the foam and patch it when installing. Trimmed the layup with the multitool. Cut the access holes with a table jigsaw, cleaned up with sanding drum in the drill press. Still think the double sided layup will work, but needs plastic both sides.
