Brief Description:	Motivation
Got my medical back!!! Happy as a sticky pig. 3 months in the Aviation Hall of Doom, but it isn't all negative. C of G problems will be less acute as I've lost 9kg, and don't see a problem with losing another 7 to get down to a 'normal' BMI. Currently 'overweight' having been 'obese'. Hmmmmm. I did (do) have a medical issue with my heart, but it is responding to treatment, and the years stretch before me like a happy playground. (Keep munching the tablets, and the lettuce). Building switch is ON, but I need fibreglass!!!
