Brief Description:	Finishing Canard rear tabs
Trimmed 2nd layup Drilled out tabs to 1/4". Found I couldn't fit the drill through the front of the rear tabs in line with the hole. An air drill could do it, but I don't have one. Drilled from the rear with a strong light shining into the hole from the front. Opened up the FWD tabs and F-22 to 1/4" and inserted AN4-13 bolts and wide area washers. Relieved the sides a bit with a 1" drum sander to make room for the Elevators
