Made a jig and drilled Inner & Centre Canard Cores for alignment dowells, using sharpened 1/4" dowell in drill. Cut off LE of Cores, note dowell wasn't drilled far enough in one and realigned and redrilled. (Timewarp 19apr15: Spent a while figgering the best place to put the dowells to avoid the hinges and lift tabs. A bit more effort would have avoided the BID pad over Tab nutplate too...) |
