Received the new material from Aircraft Spruce today and rebuilt C06-04 Cap assembly, the replacement for F10-01, and the seat pan hinge. The completed aluminum angle part is available from Sonex for $39. The raw stock with shipping from Aircraft Spruce was about $8 and 30 minutes to make.
